what I’m saying is born from the weather casts a large, all-female ensemble into a charged atmosphere of forecast, totem, token and ritual in which physical and metaphorical weather arises, shifts, and passes.

what I’m saying is born from the weather was commissioned by the American Music Center Live Music for Dance program. It was developed in residence at the Baryshnikov Arts Center and Dragon’s Egg.
